Being federal means sharing power between supranational and national, federal and federated. Being federal means following the democratic majority while taking into account the interests of the minority. Being federal means caring about individuals instead of origins and giving up power-play for output-oriented consensus.  As a federal organisation, we are hypocrites if we don’t follow these ideals ourselves. Having been a committed member of the Executive Bureau for the past two years, I’m ready to invest my experience, skills and knowledge in serving in the upcoming Federal Committee, possibly on its Presidium.  For a federal JEF!
