Emphasising his involvement in the PC Global Europe think-tank meeting in Dublin and the build-up of its funky interactive www.globaleurope.pbwiki.com site,

Therefore resolutely aspires to,

Dedicate his passion for JEF and global affairs to strive for content and substantial policies, and explore new resolutions with a fresh team of motivated young people in the PC Global Europe,

Affirm the priority of federalist principles in the benefit of the development of the EU and its relations with the rest of the world,

Urge the Congress to favor a clear pro-integration stance when discussing the Reform Treaty,

Invite all JEF members to campaign for the ratification of this highly crucial new Treaty, above all in the countries where a positive outcome cannot be taken for granted,

Remain seized of the matter.
